Feeling stuck creates a lot of stressful pressure and holds you back from taking meaningful action.
There are only two reasons why people feel stuck: 1) they don’t know how to do something, and/or 2) they don’t want to do it.
In our 14-Day Unstuck Challenge, we guide you through a step-by-step process that unearths why resistance is so difficult to overcome, where to start, what holistic tools are most effective, and how to shift to a congruent life for sustainable change. All with the intention to remove the blockages to taking your next step.
As I come to the end of the challenge, I notice I am choosing to stand alone. The challenges of life have caused me to retreat. Pull back. Shut down. Isolate within the ecosystem I am a part of. Yet, everything I have experienced within the 14 day challenge pushes me in a different direction. It’s inviting me to engage with my ecosystem, even help foster and create new ecosystems.

I really enjoyed the audio and intention setting. I like the brief introduction that explained the RAS with just enough detail… I loved that I was paying attention more to the little things and that alone made a difference in my day.
– Lucas, Cohort 1 participant
Great day doing this! Great to begin paying more attention to what matters most in my life, and seeing that thing that matters most expand and take greater focus in the everyday experience.

Each challenge cohort starts with the new moon. Cohort 2 will run from June 6-20, 2024
The challenge consists of 7 modules, delivered every 2 days. Plan to allocate ~1 hour per module. It’s a commitment. It’s worth every minute.
This works best when you do it with a friend you can trust – a soul friend. Sign up, then send this page to your friend to join you. (If you don’t have a friend who can make the commitment, email us and let us know).
We want you to experience this for free. And we do ask that you give us feedback along the way so we can celebrate with you and continue improving for future cohorts!
